Poster Zone Awards

NEW for This Year!

To further highlight your hard work and increase engagement, we're excited to introduce the Poster Zone Awards.

During the event, attendees will be able to vote for their favourite posters via our online voting portal.

Each accepted poster will have a unique link and QR code to help presenters promote their work during the event.

Voting is only open during the event, and each attendee can vote only once—so it’s a level playing field.

The Awards Ceremony

The top three posters with the most votes will be recognised at the Poster Zone Awards Ceremony, taking place on Saturday 10 May at 3pm in the Showcase Theatre.

Whether you're presenting or voting, the Poster Zone is an unmissable part of your Congress experience.

How does it work?

We will accept submissions that have been presented in the last 18 months at other conferences should you feel you would gain greater exposure at The Clinical Pharmacy Congress. Please note on your entry form where and when you have previously presented.

All accepted Posters must send at least one presenter to CPC in May

For guidance on how to prepare your abstract, you can visit the UKCPA website, one of our partners, as they have prepared some excellent resources to assist you.

You can also read an article by Sarah Carter, Chief Executive Officer at the UK Clinical Pharmacy Association (UKCPA), for further insights.
