Wheelchair access
To allow easier access to the event for wheelchair users, our event will have dropped registration counters, allocated spaces and ramps to the stage in all theatres. As the event will be busy we also have the option to hire mobility scooters and wheelchairs free of charge, for more information,
Hearing Loops
The Clinical Pharmacy Congress North will be equipped with permanent hearing loops, in the Exchange Auditorium and Central and Charter Foyers allowing everyone to access our educational speaker sessions. To use our hearing loops, please speak to our theatre
Multi Faith Prayer Room
We are pleased to offer a Multi-Faith Prayer Room located in the Exchange Lower Foyer to accommodate the diverse religious practices of our attendees. The room is available throughout the event for quiet reflection and prayer. For directions, please refer to the event map or ask any of our staff members
Service Animals
We welcome service animals to the Clinical Pharmacy Congress North and are committed to making the event accessible to everyone who requires the assistance of a trained animal. Please ensure that your service animal is clearly identified with appropriate markers such as a harness or vest, so they are easily recognisable to event staff and attendees. Our team will be available to assist with any specific needs you may have to ensure both you and your service animal have a positive experience.
Sensory Considerations
To create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all attendees, we are mindful of sensory sensitivities. There will be no strobe lighting, flashing visuals, or loud amplified sounds during our sessions and keynotes. Our goal is to offer a sensory-friendly atmosphere where all attendees can fully focus on and engage with the educational content provided. If you have additional sensory requirements, feel free to reach out to us prior to the event, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Priority Access
At the Clinical Pharmacy Congress North, we strive to ensure that all attendees, including those with disabilities, have a seamless experience. To minimize wait times, attendees with disabilities will receive priority access to all conference sessions. Upon registration, simply request a priority access sticker to affix to your badge, which will grant you immediate entry into sessions without the need to queue. This ensures a smoother and more convenient experience during the event.
Cold Storage
We understand that some attendees may require secure storage for medications, medical supplies, or nursing essentials during their time at the Clinical Pharmacy Congress North. For your convenience, we offer cold storage services throughout the event. Simply bring your clearly labelled items to the organiser’s office, and we will store them securely. This ensures that your medical needs are taken care of, allowing you to focus on enjoying the event without concern.
Stage Accessibility
We are committed to making all aspects of the Clinical Pharmacy Congress North accessible to everyone, including our speakers and panellists. Every stage within the event’s theatres can be equipped with ramps to allow safe and easy access. Support Persons
For those attendees who require the assistance of a support person, we are pleased to offer guest passes free of charge. Your support person will be granted full access to the event, ensuring you receive any assistance you need during the conference.
