Trang started her pharmacy career in community pharmacy and in 2018 joined the NHS South East London ICB. She currently holds the position of Learning Disability and Autism Specialist Prescribing Advisor at the ICB and also works as the Lead Clinical Pharmacist for a GP Surgery. Trang is an independent prescriber who works as part of the general practice team to improve quality of care and ensuring patient safety. Trang has a passion for driving change and transformation to provide the best patient outcomes.
