
Sue Ladds

Sue registered as a pharmacist in 1994. She spent her early career as a clinical hospital pharmacist in South East England and obtained an MSc in Clinical Pharmacy. Specialist roles included aseptics, cancer and critical care. Having spent several years as clinical pharmacy manager at Western Sussex Hospitals, Sue then became the chief pharmacist at University Hospital Southampton in 2012. Sue moved into NHS England in May 2020, as the regional chief pharmacist in the South East Region and then become the national Hospital Pharmacy Modernisation Lead in July 2022. Sue has been a Faculty Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society since 2015.
