Rhian qualified from Bath University in 2007, and completed her pre-registration training in London. The majority of Rhian’s career was spent in London hospitals, working across medical and surgical specialties, formulary, medicines information and then senior clinical leadership roles. Rhian worked for the RPS on the “Now or Never” report, and has maintained a keen interest in workforce development. Rhian worked for CPPE as regional manager throughout the pandemic, moving back into the NHS as deputy head of pharmacy in Hywel Dda, then moving into her current position at Cwm Taf Morgannwg as Head of Pharmacy and workforce development lead. Rhian has a passion for workforce development, and transformation of services.
