Poh is an Advanced Pharmacist Practitioner and Independent Prescriber, with a multidisciplinary background that began in nursing as a Registered General Nurse before qualifying as a pharmacist. She has been registered for 26 years, including nine years of experience in primary care as both a GP pharmacist and a PCN pharmacist. Poh has a proven track record of leadership, most notably as Head of PCN Pharmacy in Chiswick, where she led her team to become finalists at the national General Practice Awards 2024. She has a special interest in respiratory medicine and is an ARTP registrant. Poh co-leads her PCN's respiratory diagnostic hub and serves as the PCN Respiratory Champion. She is also a member of the Primary Care Respiratory Society and works as a CPPE Regional Tutor. More recently, she has been seconded as Clinical Lead for Primary Care Training and Research, a role in which she promotes multi-professional education and drives engagement with research across PCNs in the borough.
