Lelly is sought after as a speaker and has contributed significantly to publications and practical guidance in this area A passionate advocate for person-centred care, shared decision-making, deprescribing, and the use of non-drug alternatives, Lelly focuses on improving patient care by challenging existing practices and fostering improvements in care delivery. Her leadership emphasises building effective partnerships, driving reform, and creating pathways for succession planning to ensure long-term, sustainable change within and beyond the NHS.
