Jaswinder works with Midlands Leadership Academy as a Senior Primary Care Programme Manager. He started this post in November 2022, and his role is to support the development of leadership capacity and capability across primary care. Jaswinder has previously worked for the national NHS Leadership Academy Clinical Leadership Development Team as a CPhO Clinical Fellow. He has extensive experience as a pharmacist in both primary and secondary care. His roles have included working in hospital, community pharmacies, academia and GP surgeries. He is passionate about supporting workforce development and the leadership needs of clinicians and managers. More recently Jaswinder's portfolio of work has been expanded to include talent management and systems leadership development.
