Harpreet is a pharmacist with 20 years’ experience of working in hospital, community, primary care and national policy. She founded the Mental Wealth Academy in 2019, which helps healthcare professionals and responsible organisations to strengthen their mental health by investing in their ‘mental wealth’.  She uses her own experience as a former national level senior pharmacist who struggled with ill mental health, to now offer tailored corporate and individual training/coaching programmes, focusing on practical ways to help strengthen self-leadership skills, reduce stress and prevent mental illness.    Harpreet also coaches/trains senior executives across the world on leadership, self-leadership and wellbeing.
