After finishing his Pharmacy Degree at Bradford, Chris spent his formative years in t Pharmaceutical Sales and Management. Returning to Pharmacy in 2010 Chris worked for a number of large chain Pharmacies develop a passion and hunger for delivering Patient facing services. After completing a Prescribing qualification ( with Contraception as the speciality) in 2019 his desire for a more Clinically focussed role led to his current Senior Clinical Pharmacist position in Northampton and Blue PCN. Since completing the CPPE Primary Care Pathway in 2021 he has been extensively involved in Post graduate education and mentoring. This has included supporting 3 trainee Prescribers to achieve their IP qualification. Chris' specialism in contraception allowed him to expand his Women’s Health interest to include HRT & Menopause and run his own menopause clinics in practice. After completing the BMS Management of the Menopause Certificate Chris enjoys presenting educational content around HRT and supporting female patients during their menopause journey Having submitted his Advance Pharmacist portfolio in 2024, Chris is awaiting the remarking of his Research domain.
