Amandeep Doll has been a pharmacist for 13 years with 8 years of experience in hospital pharmacy. She has extensive experience in education and training undertaking a number of workforce development roles from being the Training and Education Pharmacist Lead at Kettering General Hospital, working at Health Education England on the Pharmacy Reforms Programme and working within the Education team at the RPS reviewing the Advanced Practice Programmes and developing a System Leadership Resource. She is currently leading on implementing the Inclusion and Diversity Strategy across the profession at the RPS as the Head of Professional Belonging and works at Queens Medical Centre as a Medical Admissions Pharmacist.
