Supporting your team to undertake research: barriers and facilitators

The presentation will discuss a research project conducted to identify research gaps, learning needs and practice-based barriers and facilitators to research engagement by hospital pharmacy professionals. The project included completing a research engagement questionnaire, and conducting individual interviews or a focus group to gain further insights into research engagement.
Learning outcomes:
1. Gain an overview about encountered practice-based barriers to research engagement by pharmacy staff at a hospital setting
2. Identify suggested facilitators to research engagement
