  1. Supporting your team to undertake research: barriers and facilitators

    A research project was conducted to enhance building a research culture and capacity amongst hospital pharmacy professionals. The project included two phases, phase 1 included collecting responses to a research engagement questionnaire, and phase 2 included collecting further views through individual interviews and/or a focus group with pharmacy professionals. The project identified barriers and facilitators to practice-based research engagement.

    In 2024 HIV is a manageable condition, and people living with HIV are living longer, and will be encountered in health care settings outside of the HIV speciality.
